You might have seen this artistic ornamental plant enhancing the beauty of home and commercial decorative displays such as shopping malls, offices and public locations. Pothos ‘Golden’ picked its name due to the randomly placed specific yellowish golden variegation on the shiny green perfectly heart-shaped leaves. Hang him on your balcony or keep it on your table top in an elegant pot, it will refresh your mood apart from purifying your space. You can also train him to climb upwards if you don’t want him to grow downwards.
Pet Safe: No
Skill Level: I am great for beginners
He just loves to stay in medium to low indirect light to enjoy a healthy life. If you place it near a Northern or Eastern window, that would be quite ideal for him. But there is no need to keep him under the direct sunlight as he won’t be able to take it.
He prefers to take a water bath till his soil dries out. Too much dampness due to overwatering can damage the roots. His looks are enough to tell you when he needs to quench his thirst. Try to water this baby every 1-2 weeks, allowing soil to dry in between.
He should be kept with love in temperatures that are usually above 50 degrees Fahrenheit but they do appreciate if you keep them in a common room temperature that ranges from 65 degrees Fahrenheit to 75 degrees Fahrenheit.
He likes to take on high humidity levels so you have to increase the moisture in the air near the plant by placing it in a comparatively humid area of the house such as the kitchen or bathroom. He is strong enough and quite tolerant even in low humidity. Buying any humidifier is not required!
You can easily propagate this handsome at home by taking any stem cuttings and then rooting them in any cute potting soil. Pothos are easily propagated simply by taking stem cuttings and rooting them in water. After you see that the cuttings have developed new roots, shift them into soil as soon as possible to complete their nutrient requirements.
He needs this special food in a balanced way once a month in spring and summer season to stay sturdy and healthy. You don’t need to give him any fertilizer during fall or winter. Whenever you decide to feed him, make sure he isn’t dry, soaking wet or has any pest or disease.
The yellowish golden natural diversification on the leaves only develops when they are hearty and healthy otherwise you will only find green leaves on your Golden Pothos.

When you receive your plant, it has been growing in it nursery pot for some time. It is recommended that your repot your plant so that you have the opportunity to inspect the roots. This is a great opportunity to use a cache pot to match your home decor theme. We offer a variety of cashe pots for sale.
When repotting it is suggested to repot in the same size as the nursery pot but if your roots are extensive and full you can "pot up" your plant to a size larger which usually means adding an inch to either side of the plant. Be careful while watering them so they don’t hold too much water or their dirt gets too wet.
We you use Noot Rescue Mix, as a recommended soil for indoor houseplants or use a standard potting mix but be more careful about watering instru
The answer to this is when your water is draining out of the pot completely and never really gets your soil moistened. It is then that there are likely more roots more soil. Repotting is usually done once in a year or so.
Make sure to never "pot up" more than an inch on each side and immediately after potting, lightly water your plant.
Important The first lifestyle photo is for purposes of showing your plants potential size at maturity and is not a true representation of what you will receive.
Live plants will have variations in color, texture, finish, and size. While we make every effort to display our plants as accurately as possible, there may be subtle differences from what is displayed online.
