PLANT RETURN OR EXCHANGE

It is always my object to #spreadplantjoy. If you have not purchased the HAPPY PLANT Shipping Insurance and your plant shows irreversible damaged due to shipping carrier mishandling a replacement or credit will be available but with a 25% plant replacement charge plus shipping.

To help the process run smoothly please take as many photos as you can and contact us directly on email katie.theplantshanty@gmail.com or our Facebook community- https://www.facebook.com/theplantshanty/  but within 1-2 days of the order delivery.

Plants are living organisms and must be treated correctly to guarantee proper health; therefore, we only offer exchanges within 2 days of purchase. This is why we ask that you contact us as soon as possible so that we can work towards a quick solution.

Be sure to include the following details:

- The Date of Order Arrival

- Photos of any issues

- A detailed description of the issue

We are happy to work with you to find a proper solution.

*We do not cover orders that are lost in transit at this time. 

RETURNED PURCHASES ON MERCHANDISE

Returned orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee on some items. No returned merchandise will be accepted without prior written authorization. Shortages and damage claims must be reported within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
